Order Policy

By placing an order with Miller Co., you acknowledge that all products are handmade and custom-made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, colors, glitter placement, decals, and other design elements may vary slightly from product photos.

Snowglobe Tumbler Care

Snowglobe tumblers require proper care and handling.

By purchasing a snowglobe tumbler, you agree to the following:

• Do not place tumblers in the dishwasher.
• Hand wash only.
• Do not soak the tumbler.
• Do not leave the tumbler in extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Do not drop, throw, or mishandle the tumbler.
• Avoid freezing the tumbler.
• Minor bubbles may occur and are considered normal.

Improper care may damage the tumbler and is not covered by our policies.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully packaged before shipment. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, Miller Co. is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages that occur during transit.

Customers are responsible for filing any necessary claims with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and contents immediately and contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

Miller Co. is not responsible for damage caused during shipping after the package leaves our possession.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order. Miller Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, dates, names, colors, or design selections.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds on custom items

Order cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before production has begun.

Agreement

By checking the required policy box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, care instructions, and shipping conditions listed above.
